Sessions will include a comprehensive physical examination aimed at identifying muscle imbalances that interfere with a player's ability to progress in physical capacity.  Analysis will identify deficits in strength, coordination, stability, or muscular tightness that interferes with a player's ability to swing properly and efficiently. Education and demonstration of principles related to correcting physical impairments mentioned above will be provided, along with creation of a comprehensive fitness log to match a player's specific needs.
